This is a very long thread - clearly, many customers (myself included) are upset about the removal of desktop functionality for the Family folder. Why hasn’t WD posted an update on this issue? I think we all deserve at least that.

WD - please post to this thread, indicating when the issue will be fixed.

got an update to 3.6.163 today. Couldn’t test yet. Any improvements concerning the family folder? My MyCloud Home Duo is on 6.8.0-109
