Hello,
I purchase my book few months ago and it was just fine , but when I unplugged external driver (my book 1tb ) and plugged back the other day. The driver software was gone and I downloaded new driver from the website.
When i try to install driver, pop up window says “unable to launch installer” . I can not get answer anywhere. I emailed few times to support , but i recieved one e-mail wich is they need more info. This never happned before.
How can i install driver again?
