I attempted to register and check the warranty on WD Black SN850 1tb I purchased yesterday. No specific place to choose this product so picked other products but get error from site that the serial# or product not found. Purchased at Best Buy.
call or chat with them and they’ll register your SN850. For some reason they’re acting so shady when it comes to SN850. I either suspect they might be having problems or they’re trying to save some money by tiring people out looking to register they’re warranty. I had one employee dodge the hell outta my questions…
The best idea seems to be threatening legal action
