Unable to register support account to claim RED hd warranty

I want to register for a support account but the phone number field (required to register) does not exist on the page

Is there any other way to register an account to get support on WD RED products?

Call them. When I created my RMA I ended up having to call them. Still fighting with them about the RMA after more than a month, but that is another story; at least it was created.
