Unable to register at My Support Portal

Hi. I have failed HDD and need to get RMA, but cannot register at Support Portal at westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/id_userregistration
I’m from Ukraine. Tried with russian and english languages yesterday and today. Result after filling all required fields and confirming captcha - “Registration was unsuccessful.” message. Tried Firefox and Chrome on Windows.
I’m web developer, and used browser’s Developer Tools to look and server’s reply and found it to be unnormal, it was XHTML reply to AJAX request, so probably means some error on server or on registration page.

UPDATE: for some reason the problem was with my email, though a try to remind password on it was unsuccessful (i don’t remember if ever had registration with it). I used another email.
