Unable to read retrieved files from my Passport

I can retrieve information from my back up Passport into PC running Windows 10 but unable to read the file type which is JPG_LASTFile. Have tried changing file extension but it won’t accept the change and reverts. What software do I need to read the retrieved files. I have new PC and need to retrieve the backed up information.
