Unable to Process Photo Database

I must be missing something simple, but I can not get the WD Photo App to work on any of my devices. I Always get an error. It Connects and see’s that there is a WD Live TV Hub, but gives me the message “unable to process photo database”

I Have 2  idevices and a Driod and none of them will work with WD Photo

Are there router settings that need to be changed for this access to work? And what is the deal with the Mionet account.
