Unable to login - local

Hi,
Since some 3 years, I am the proud owner of MyCloud EX-2.
A few months ago, I wanted to change something in the configuration of the device. But I was not able to login anymore (under Admin, with my own set password). I am sure I use the proper password.
Since I was not able to login, I sent an email to WD-support. As to be expected, they never responded.
But still I need to make a configuration change. Anybody any idea how to login to the device?
Back to factory settings is not an option, since I have to select that from the settings menu. And that is my issue: I cannot connect to the device :frowning:
