Unable to Login Dash board

Hi,

I just bought mycloud 2tb and i configured the device,

unfortunately i deleted the admin profile in the user’s after that i’m unable access dashboard but i’m able to read & write the data.

Kindly help me out:smiley:

Unplug the device from power, press the reset button at the back, keep it pressed while you plug the power back in and for another 40s, then release.

This will leave your content intact, except that all shares will now be public.

Your new admin account is “admin” and a blank password.

When you access the UI with a browser just close off the window telling you need to set remote access for a user.
