WD my passport edge 500g driver was able to set password and works perfectly all right on my mac yesterday,
after i start backup, everything goes wrong…
what should i do when encryption level not supported?? how to lock driver again?
i ve tried reformat the driver using mac many many times, but still the same problem…
on the other hand, it seems WD drive utilities couldn’t erase the driver as well.
please helpppp!!! your help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Try uninstalling WD Security and then try again. Also try running a quick or complete drive test.
