Unable to detect device during setup!

I cant seem to detect my MBL 3TB during setup. The same error message keeps appearing “Make sure you have  properly connected the provided Ethernet and power cables and the LED is a steady green, then click Rescan.”

My MBL is showing a steady green and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection or my network. I have tried changing ports and even pressing the reset button at the back of the device but to no avail. 

I really need some help here!!!

WD My Book World, WD My Book Live, or WD Sharespace drive is not detected by the Local Network or MioNet
