When I try to add a new user it seems that everything was ok. It creates a private share for the user and the user is shown on the left together with all users but if I refresh the page the user disappears. The same happens when trying to create a group.
The share with the user name is created properly.
I’m also not able to save system configuration, the link http://nas/cgi-bin/system_mgr.cgi returns a HTTP500 error.
Already tried a “system only” restore to default that did nothing.
Any help here?

Logs are disabled, after pressing to enable them and after the forced reboot they seem to be ON but nothing shown on logs

Pressing reboot on the web interface does nothing, device does not reboot.
