My waranty is shown by the registered products as still valid, but creating an RMA shows:
RMA cannot be created for the following asset(s): because it’s either an OEM product or Out of Warranty or Out of Region limit has exceeded.

I don’t understand what is that supposed to mean. I have never experienced this error before in the old WD support interface as I was issuing a warranty for other drives bought in the same time.
