My requirement is to backup folders on my WD EX2 Ultra to External HDD. It was working fine when I brought NAS drive back in 2018 but it fails since couple of months. I select folder and click on create job. Its loading and then nothing happens. I am very disappointed as its been more than 6 months that I am not able to backup my folders to external HDD. Request your help in fixing it.
Was able to figureout the fix after couple of attempts… looks like the backup job creation fails with any special character in the NAS drive source folder name. one of my folder had ‘&’ and it never created job for it. It started working fine after I removed ‘&’ from folder name.
