Unable to connect to My Cloud EX@ Ultra

I have tried the 4 second reset and the 40 second reset. I am on macOS Mojave Version 10.14.2. Every time I log into my MacBook Pro I get the message there was problems connecting to My Cloud. How can I get into this? I can see it on the network and have the IP address but even using that I am unable to connect in a browser. I downloaded the latest WD Access for Mac and that cannot see it either. Any ideas what could be wrong?
