Unable to connect my passport pro through USB

Hello everyone,

I’ve been using the wireless hard drive (My passport pro) since August 2018 and it was working great until last week. sometimes I used to connect it through the cable and sometimes through the wireless and suddenly I couldn’t connect it through the Cable anymore and it showed me this message MacOS Cant repair the disk and I am trying to get my files out through the wifi but its too slow.
Is there any way I can copy my files faster?

You should refer below article to improve the connectivity and performance of My Passport Wireless Pro over a wireless network.

However, you can reformat My Passport Wireless Pro in Extended File format to use further on MacOS via USB connections after taking the backup of important data files.
