Unable to configure a password

I just bought a My Cloud EX2 Ultra. It is impossible to password protect the NAS. When I configure a password I cannot click on the login field. The only way to log in again is to do a 4 second reset. Hope someone can help as I don’t want a NAS I can’t password protect.

In addition to checking the dedicated subforum for the EX2 series as Cat0w suggests. As a troubleshooting step make sure to disable all browser add-on’s or browser extensions. It is possible one of them is interfering with how the My Cloud Dashboard displays the web page(s).

And as a troubleshooting step try using a different web browser when accessing the My Cloud Dashboard. In certain rare instances one’s security/antivirus/antimalware software on the computer or device may interfere with how the My Cloud Dashboard loads, try temporarily disabling such software as a troubleshooting step if all else fails.
