Unable to backup

It kept showing Backup complete, when there wasn’t any back up done at all. The files size on my PC and WD is totally different. I have not been able to backup my files for months. Anyone, please help!!

Please take a screenshot of the Smartware backup screen and post it here so we can see what you mean.

A recommendation would be to uninstall WD Smartware, restart the computer and then reinstall the latest version.
