I am unable to login to my book live duo shares or dashboard after performing a reset.
I can login as guest where the public share and is visible but shows 0 files. So I cannot access the files in it.
The disk is seen by my mac book pro but neither, the “admin” username and “admin” password or no password nor my old password are allowing login.
Can someone shed some light on this frustrating problem please.
