Unable to access EX2 when on another network

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX2

Hi,
i am not able to access my WD Ex2 when i am on anorher wifi network.
After logging in to files.mycloud.com , all I get is an empty page with the only options
‘shared links’ and ‘shared options’

Any ideas what goes wrong?
