Good evening all! Our device is pretty old and on v04.06.00-111, which we understand is no longer supported. It has been years since we accessed the files and we only see the gui when access the device via the ip address, double click on the icon on our Win10 machine and use file explored with \wdmycloud.
We have turned on SMB:
We are accessing the gui via the Admin, we know that because the user has the green check.
Confirmed that we are on our network and interesting that in the network settings it says the following:
Please help us get our data off this device!
