I was earilier using usb 2.0 to transfer copy data to this external drive. Now i bought new laptop having usb 3.0, while i try to access data from this drive using 3.0 port it is asking me to format. If i try to access from usb 2.0 port, i am unable to transfer all the data. transfer is failing with status as unable to transfer. Also the transfer is very very slow. Please assist.
