I have My Cloud EX2 Ultra, 4Tb.
I just got a new problem for this device. When Im use web interface for my cloud, I cannot get “Share Link” from all files in second drive. But everything going work for all files in Drive 1.
My RAID setting is JBOD, and all network drive map in windows explorer is working well.
Im using Windows 10pro 64bit.
I have contacted WD customer support, but can not solve this problem.
Is someone here ever have the same problem like this, and get solved? Hope someone can share it for help.
