UN-mounting during or after Time Machine Back-UP Mac

My G-DRIVE with Thunderbolt 3 4TB Desktop Hard Drive keeps unmounting during or after a time machine back up.

I have al the sleep and energy-saving functions turned off disabled parking the drives.

I get errors when I pull the cable out or power cycle the drive as if the drive was not ejected properly but the drive is not visible to my MacBookPro 2015 on OSX 10.14.6
