UltraEX2Ultra Slow Flash Power Lights (Not Available (Disconected Device))

Since a couple of week my WD UltraEX2Ultra stop sync. It appears like Not Available.
The networks works, the lights are blue but then, the power blue light starts flashing very slowly.
It’s been like these for days and I have reset it a couple of times and switch off the cable.
Any help?
