Hi,
I have my cloud ultra ex2 device, out of sudden it was reset so I had to use the username (admin and password blank as was set from factory )
Also my users lost access. They were asked for their password, but because they were removed as users from the dashboard (automatically) Ithey couldn’t sign in ,and I the option to add user doesn’t include email, now I can’t give them back the access they had.
At the moment I made all my shares public to them so they can enter their shares.
Can anybody clarify and support how can I create new users without deleting old shares. And without creating new shares for the new users. Also, how can I connect the new user with an email? The system is not asking for an email now.
