Two pin plug received with Mybook Studio

Ordered Mybook Studio from what appeared to be a UK page of the WD online store, and it has arrived with a non-UK two pin plug. Whaaa…? How come? Surely WD knows that we Brits like three pins on our plugs? No adapter supplied to enable a switch to three pin.

Anyone else had this?

Have you contact WD? I’m pretty sure they will ship you a power adapter immediately. You can do so either by phone or email.

Thanks Nesvic. I have logged a support request and yes, WD are going to send me some Brit-style plugs.

Beats me why they weren’t in the box to start with, mind…
