I am trying to set up two separate NAS on the same network, that would be accessible through the web portal (files.mycloud.com) and the mobile application. Can anyone advise how this can be done? I tried to look into this and reach out to WD support, but they were not helpful. I know this would have something to do with Port Forwarding, but not sure what needs to be set up as they both use the internal ports HTTP: 80 and HTTSP: 443.
Also in the management portal, there is a place to configure Port Fowarding (Settings > Network) and a separate spot to setup Cloud Access (Settings > General).
Any advice would be helpful, as I tried calling WD multiple times, and they have no idea what I’m talking about.
