Just received two drives from NewEggg, one checked ok, second one is trash, cant launch the dashboard app while it’s connected, my HP Server detects it as failed.

I would contact NewEggg since they have a 30 Day Returns Policy
For a new drive, just get it replaced under warranty. For an older drive, you might consider the process mentioned here:
