Tv episodes out of order

Hi all,

I have recently upgraded to the WD TV Live Streaming and when I used the get content feature all my TV episodes are now out of order. This only happened after the metadata was added. The file names are listed as follows:

TVshow_S01E01.avi

TVshow_S01E01.jpg

TVshow_S01E01.xml

TVshow_S01E02.avi

TVshow_S01E02.jpg

TVshow_S01E02.xml

…

TVshow_S01E10.avi

TVshow_S01E10.jpg

TVshow_S01E10.xml

but when i use the media library I see episodes order is 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 2 …

I have tried everything including editing the xml file to show the episodes as 01, 02 …

But the order still reads 01, 10, 11, 12, 13, 02

does anyone know how to fix this??

It’s a bug that’s been reported.

In the mean-time, you can edit the XML files for episodes 1-9 and add a leading zero to the title.

For example, in the XML, change:

Scrubs Season 1 - 1 Pilot

to 

Scrubs Season 1 - 01 Pilot

Then CLEAR your Media Library so it will re-import the new XML.

Far out. This still isn’t fixed over 6 months after it was reported?! WD are pathetic at fixing problems promptly

They fixed it, but you need to use the “TV Show” filter to see them in the correct order.
