Hi I’ve a near full 20t set up on Raid 0 and I’d like to wipe one of the drives for use and retain the other as is? Scared I’m gonna make a mess of this. Any advice appreciated?

Since RAID 0 provides no fault tolerance or redundancy, the failure of one drive will cause the entire array to fail; as a result of having data striped across all disks, the failure will result in total data loss.
You need to take a back up before erasing the drive.
