Having problem setting up WD TV… TV says Mode not supported. Change external resolution.
Problem is this is an external hard drive and I dont know how to change the resolution.
Can anyone help?
First, this is the WDTV Live Hub forum. Which WDTV product do you have? Second, the message refers to the resolution of your display device and that the WDTV is not set properly for it. It has nothing to do with your media or any hard drive. You need to go into the WDTV setup and set the output resolution to match your display device.
