Trying to RMA my WD My Passport Ultra but scratched the

I accidentally dropped it, but the the lights still turn on, the disk is humming but clicking, also I tried to initialize the disk, but the computer says the disk is not ready. Will the people at WD still accept my drive? :(((((

I’m sorry to hear that your drive is not working. I would recommend you to  contact support for assistance. But you may want to take a look at this link.  What would void the warranty on a WD drive
