Trying To Retrieve Data From Failed Drive

My Passport has failed. I tried EaseUS to retrieve data. Only 1/2 has been. Any advice on another data recovery system?

I set the Unlocker to not need the Unlock password for when using my personal computer. If I give this drive to a professional, will he be able to access it from his device since I set the password to not needed? When I do it from my computer, I still have to run Unlock even tho no password is needed.

However, it is best to contact professional as the drive is encrypted with WD Security and may be they require some extra tool to get access permission.
