Trying to help a friend -- Please assist

I’m trying to assist a friend with his iTunes Library and have his WD PR4100. I’m trying to get this beast mounted, but for the life of me can’t figure out how to do this. I downloaded AcronisTrueImageWD_WIN from the WD site and that doesn’t seem to help. Are there specific drivers I’m missing? Thanks for any help.

if your running windows and the drive shows in the comos

  1. rt click on start
    2 go to disk management as ADMIN
    3 see if drive is visable
    4 help from windows from there
