Trying to change the access rights makes the proxy crash

Hi community,

A big issue for us: we were able to integrate the ShareSpace within our AD, but unfortunetly cannot go any further.

When we try to change the access rights or synchronize the list of groups and users, the Active Directory gets blocked and throw any authentication request (from the ShareSpace as well as all the other machines on the domain).

Since we’re behind a proxy, no way to update the firmware.

Any idea ?

I would first try to take the device to a different network (outside the proxy) and update the firmware. Once you are fully updated, take it back and see if the issue is resolved. if it is not, please post your logs in your reply to the post so we have a better idea of what is occuring.
