this is a fail product, dont buy, i just tear down the case and install it on synology nas, worked perfectly,

Data Integrity takes precedence over speed and performance when transferring content to a My Cloud Home using the Desktop App into the User Private Space. It needs to ensure movie or video content is not streaming, Social Media & Cloud Import services are not downloading content to achieve optimal data transfer speeds using the My Cloud Home desktop app.
