Transmission not seeing new share on ex4100

I create a new share on my cloud but when trying to set location in tranmssion it does not download to it.

This is my transmission location text/script

/mnt/HD/HD_a2/Films1

I cannot see where I am going wrong, if I change the location to another existing share, the download moves there but it appears to be new shares it will not see.

Thanks for your help
