When i transfer files from my office through wd2go to my cloud ireceived eror
after completion of 99%, only 5 sec remaining to transfer
i tried different files but got same error " The Semaphore timeout period has expired"
Hello there, try to use the desktop app to see if you get the same error, you can also try with a different browser to see if finishes the transfer as well.

What size file(s)? Windows or Mac?
In Windows that 1st fast part is copying the file to a temorary location on the PC, then the actual copy starts. I have had issues with files over 250MB, they will hang most times.
I agree with the post above the mycloud app is much better for remote access, both faster and more reliable
