I have installed WD Backup and only can select Dropbox to destination of the copies.
Even if I am in a local network, My Cloud Home is not detected as a possible destination for the copy.

Well, WD backup is not supported by the My cloud home device however you can use time machine on Mac and file history on the windows computer to make the backup of the data from the host computer.
