To access the server from the LAN

Following is the current configuration of my network:

WIth due discussion with SysAd of the Proxy Server I could connect my NAS to the LAN, and after setting up remote dashboard access and on the virtue of Port forwarding, I am able to access the dashboard from LAN. SysAd has clearly said that he will not allow me to bypass the firewall, so I can’t override that.

However, I don’t know (I am not an expert) how to access the server from the LAN for I can’t add a network location from Windows 10. How to access those files from Mobile device?

If I access mycloud over lan from my mobile, it is showing remote access disabled (970).
