Western Digital doesn’t have my name, my address, credit card or anything - just a throw away email that I gave them and the IP address that is floating and changing. I can’t say the same for Google, Apple, Amazon, MSFT and others.
If you are such a upstanding poster, why aren’t you posting with your old name and ID in which you occasionally left some useful info and then quickly deleted? I don’t know anybody at Western Digital, haven’t received anything from WD for my posts which have been constructive rather than destructive. I have provided useful info on how to use the My Cloud Home right now, both locally and remotely, right now even when WD servers are down. I have never lost any data in the MCH and they are still on line and working, right now.
What have you provided that is constructive to the problem that is facing MCH owners?
