Time Out Error

I have bought the MBL 2TB two weeks ago, and it worked fine for remote access until today when suddenly I have this “Connection Time Out” error upon clicking “View Shares” button in “My WD Devices”. Is this a glitch of the WD2GO website or some error on my MBL? I can access MBL through the LAN it is connected to but NOT remotely.

Make sure the firewall rules are properly set

this looks to me like the firewall is blocking connectivity
