Time machine stop before first back up is complete

I am trying to make my first back up on my WD My Home Cloud desk. I have MacBook Pro 2017 15 inch Mojave 10.14.3
When i try to make the first back up, it stop after a short time and no matter what I do nothing happen. I can restart and then it start doing the back up again for a short while, but again nothing happens and it wont finalize the first back up
Does anybody here have any solutions to what may be the problem?
