Hey,
I am using the WD drive for my time machine backup. I accessed it through guest, as recommended in the IFU. It all works fine, but when I access the disk through the WD app the time machine files are not visible, it only shows the family folder. They must be there, as Time Machine works and the app also shows that disk space is taken. How can I make these backup files visible?

Time Machine backup goes into the //TimeMachineBackup share which is accessible to Finder and is not in the User Private Space with the Family Folder. In fact, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ACCESS TIME MACHINE BACKUPS because you will corrupt them. Let Time Machine do Time Machine.
