how can I retake control of my G-RAID Thunderbolt 2 ?
I have another G-RAID Thunderbolt and the configurator has no problem to see it
As mentioned in your other reply, the configurator app can only see G-RAIDs that are part of the removable series that have a door on the front that can be opened. You also need to make sure you have the proper configurator downloaded.
