My wd passport ultra does not backup new folders.
I have just updated the latest version and still have the same problem.
It really is unbelievable that its been like this since last november and they havent fixed this yet.
I spent nearly 200$ for my passport and it does not backup the new folders and this has been already reported by the users a year ago…
I am very very dissapointed and really frustrated…
This new release has not got the solution either…i will never ever buy this product again…
