last month my little brother enter wrong password too time and appear this massage : (((This drive is not locked.  To unlock a different WD drive, please open the WD SmartWare CD associated with the desired drive, and then run the Unlock application to unlock the drive)))

i install WD software but i cant see my wd on WD software to unlock it (see attach file)
