This company does not meet obligations to customers

I waiting many months to get  replacment Hard Drives  while the company continues to sell Hard drives.

Is someone else received a similar problemת Or failure is the local distributor?

And what has that got to do with the WD TV Live or LIve Plus?

I think it is corporate wide, because I sent in my unit to their Singapore center and received a message saying there would be a 2 week delay in shipping out the replacement unit.
