"There is not enough free space..." problems

Hi,
I have some problems when i wanna put large files into WD My passport. Refer to this link (Windows: Not Enough Free Space When Transferring Files Greater Than 4TB) I already followed the instruction including partition and format the drive. However it cannot solve this problem in my PC, im using window 10. Can anyone help me please?
